The Annual General Meeting of Byfleet, West Byfleet & Pyrford Residents’ Association will be held at 19:30 on Thursday, 18 March 2020 at Byfleet Village Hall, Byfleet.
Any proposals for an alteration to the rules of the Association must be notified to the Secretary in writing, not less than 1 calendar month before the AGM, i.e. by 18 February 2020.
Any additional agenda items, motions and / or proposals must be notified to the Secretary, in writing, at least 2 weeks before the AGM, i.e. by 4 March 2020.
There are vacancies for a Membership Secretary, Vice Chair, and Planning Officer. Volunteers are being sought for all these positions.
Volunteer street representatives are always welcome – more are particularly needed in West Byfleet and Byfleet. Please get in touch if you are interested.

Afterwards there will be a talk on ‘Water Issues in the Three Villages’ by Katherine Waters, Drainage and Flood Risk Engineer, Woking Borough Council, and Emma Goodwin, Walsham Lengthsman, National Trust, followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet your committee.
