Councillors Amanda Boote, Daryl Jordan, and Steve Howes have arranged two public meetings to take place next week in order to discuss the West Hall planning application with local residents.
The purpose of the meetings is to answer any residents’ questions, as well as to provide guidance on how to submit feedback on the planning application (PLAN/2024/0475) itself.
They will be joined at the meeting by our MP Will Forster, Cllr Ann-Marie Barker as Leader of WBC and Joanne Hollingdale from the WBC Planning Team. They have also invited Councillors Peter Graves, Chris Martin, and Attia Aslam. Amy Rodwell, the Flooding Officer from Surrey County Council, will also attend. The local SCC Highways Officer will also be invited.

Please note that parking in the Church car park that evening is not available as it is a Holy Day.
