The Annual General Meeting of Byfleet, West Byfleet & Pyrford Residents’ Association will be held at 19:30 on Thursday, 14 March 2019 in the Good Shepherd Hall, Church of the Good Shepherd, Pyrford.
Any proposals for an alteration to the rules of the Association must be notified to the Secretary in writing, not less than 1 calendar month before the AGM, i.e. by 14 February 2019.
Any additional agenda items, motions and / or proposals must be notified to the Secretary, in writing, at least 2 weeks before the AGM, i.e. by 28 February 2019.
Nominations for Committee positions should be sent to email@example.com by 10pm on Friday, 8 March 2019, using the Nomination Form below.
