A revised planning application for Broadoaks has been submitted to Woking Borough Council by Octagon following the withdrawal of United Learning in November 2017, who were proposing to erect a 900 private secondary school.
The new application provides for 125 private dwellings, 54 affordable dwellings, small office space, 80 bed care home, 75 retirement living apartments, an additional vehicular altered access onto Parvis Road, changes to the one by Hobbs Close and other related matters.
