Woking & Sam Beare Hospices is delighted to announce that tickets are now available for its 21st annual glamorous Dove Ball, which will be held this year at the elegant Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge on Saturday 11 November.
Chief Executive Jayne Cooper said, “2017 has seen some exciting changes for our charity as we have proudly opened a fantastic new hospice. This festive evening will mark that achievement – made possible by the incredible generosity of our supporters – with a glamorous event which echoes the themes of the wonderful garden currently being developed at the new hospice with the generous support of award-winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden designer, Charlotte Harris.”
Limited Early Bird tickets are available until Saturday 30 September at a special price of £99 per guest, or tables for parties of 10 are available for £950.
Oatlands Park Hotel are generously offering those buying Early Bird tickets the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win a free night’s stay on Saturday 11 November in one of the hotel’s exclusive Feature Rooms, where the winner will enjoy a post-party slumber in a show-stopping four-poster bed.
At the Dove Ball guests will enjoy a drinks reception with live pianist in the conservatory, followed by a delicious three-course meal with specially selected wines to a harp accompaniment. After both silent and live auctions, swing and jazz band Jump 66 will get the party started on the dancefloor and you can dance the night away or enjoy a flutter on the casino tables and other entertainments.
From Sunday 1 October Dove Ball tickets are available at £110 per guest or £1,000 for a table accommodating 10 guests. Please enquire if you would like to book for a larger party.
