The Annual General Meeting of Byfleet, West Byfleet & Pyrford Residents’ Association will be taking place on 14th March 2018 at Our Lady Help Of Christians R C Church, Madeira Rd, West Byfleet KT14 6BH. The meeting starts at 7:30pm.
Any proposals for an alteration to the rules of the Association must be notiﬁed to the Secretary in writing, not less than 1 calendar month before the AGM ~ by 14 February 2018. **NOTE 05/03/18** Proposals are no longer accepted.
Any additional agenda items, motions and / or proposals must be notiﬁed to the Secretary, in writing, at least 2 weeks before the AGM ~ by 28 February 2018. **NOTE 05/03/18** No further amendments to the agenda are now being accepted.
After many years with the association Godfrey Chapples, Chairman, and Richard Thomas, Deputy Chairman and Planning Co-ordinator, are both stepping down. There are also vacancies for a Membership Secretary, Chief District representative (CDR) and Deputy in Byﬂeet and a deputy CDR in West Byﬂeet. Volunteers are being sought for all these positions.
Volunteer street representatives are always welcome – more are particularly needed in West Byﬂeet and Byﬂeet. Please get in touch if you are interested.
Afterwards there will be a talk from Ray Morgan, Chief Executive, Woking Borough Council followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet your committee.
- Nominations are welcome for all committee posts.
- The Nominee, Proposer, and Seconder must all be members of the Association.
